Croque Monsieur sandwiches are a favorite <a href=\"http:\/\/www.aspensnowmass.com\/onmountain\/dining\/default.cfm?id=1294\">mid-mountain<\/a> treat for us on our annual family ski trip, so I thought it would be fun to make them at home, too.<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.parents.com\/recipe\/sandwiches\/croque-monsieur\/\">This version<\/a> is very simple (you don&#8217;t even need a recipe, really), kid-friendly and VERY delicious.
