Spice-Rubbed Pork Tenderloin with Mustard BBQ Sauce
and Fresh Lemon Rice.
These were both delicious and a big hit with everyone.
If there's anything that makes your kitchen smell better than bacon and onions cooking together, I don't know what it is...
...unless, maybe it's Spice-Rubbed Pork Tenderloin. This was really delicious and VERY easy.
I made this for dinner this past weekend and it was a huge hit with my family, even though the my lemon rice was actually lime rice. (I thought I had lemons on hand but was wrong, only limes)
Mmmm...I bet that limes would be good, too. Did you mustard seeds "pop"? Mine just kind of toasted, but they didn't actually pop open or anything.
